Basic functionality: Mirabella already had an existing e-commerce website that was built on WordPress, but only had basic functionality, which led to a lot of performance issues.

Bounce Rates: Users landed on the Mirabella website but did not purchase or take any desired action. The bounce rate was higher in their previous website, hence lower conversion rates.

  • Designed on Figma: We designed a new online store as per our client’s requirement on Figma using modern styles and sleek designs.
  • Payment Method: Our team integrated the Razorpay Partner Account in Mirabella’s new website to allow seamless payments from customers and added an order tracking feature as well.
  • MOQ and Minimum Purchase Amount Discount: We added the MOQ feature for certain products like sheet masks, along with the minimum purchase amount discount.
  • Auto Add to Cart: We included the auto add to cart feature for specific products, like the mini sachet, for convenient shopping.
  • Different Discount Types: 6 types of discounts based on audience, product, and collection were added with a dynamic offer section to show the coupons.
  • Custom Search Functionality: We added a custom search functionality for the products based on the product category for quick search and product visibility.
  • Skin Focused Tab Section: Our developers added a tab section for different types of skins to display the product collection along with related images.
  • Dynamic Badges: The dynamic badges highlighted the best seller, newly launched products, etc. Flash Sale feature was also added with a timer badge.
  • Custom Product Card: We added custom product cards where product review, variant, and auto discount were shown.
  • Watch and Buy Section: A watch and buy section highlighted Mirabella’s products that were used in the videos of Instagram (shoppable video section), which increased traffic from social media platforms.
  • Customized Product Detail Page: For each product, a dynamic details feature was added to show description, how to use, benefits, info, etc, along with a dynamic Ingredient section.
  • Customized Filter: A customized filter option in the product listing page was included to filter products based on skin concern, collection, and ingredient type.
