Roles and Responsibilities :

• Develop and execute SEO & Digital Marketing strategies aligned with business goals.
• Lead, mentor, and manage the SEO/Digital Marketing team.
• Manage multiple clients, websites, brands, and projects.
• Plan and execute On-Page, Technical, Off-Page, Local, and E-commerce SEO.
• Conduct keyword research, competitor analysis, SEO audits, and content gap analysis.
• Implement AEO and GEO strategies for search engines and AI-driven platforms.
• Monitor organic traffic, rankings, leads, conversions, and campaign performance.
• Identify SEO issues, diagnose root causes, and implement solutions.
• Collaborate with Content, Design, UI/UX, Development, and Business teams.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of overall experience in SEO & Digital Marketing.
• 2–4 years of recent Digital Marketing/SEO Agency experience is strongly preferred.
• Strong hands-on knowledge of SEO.
• Proven experience in team handling, mentoring, and project management.
• Experience managing multiple clients/websites/projects.
• Good understanding of AEO, GEO, and AI-driven search.
• Strong knowledge of GA4, Google Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs, Keyword Planner, and GTM.

We're looking for a Full-Stack AI Engineer with 1–4 years of experience and strong command over the Next.js/React ecosystem, backend development, and modern DevOps practices. Exposure to AI tooling (RAG, Agentic AI, vector databases) and automation platforms is a strong plus. • Design, develop, and maintain full-stack web applications using Next.js, React, and Node.js.
